Welcome to Entry Level!
This means you have successfully passed your trial. Well done! In this section we will include the Entry Level Manual, a 30+ page document meant to teach you all the basics of the job. You may have a few questions like:
⁃ Who is my leader?
⁃ What are my hours?
⁃ How do I get promoted?

Who is my Leader?
You will be designated a leader based on a few things:
⁃ Who you work best with
⁃ Your preferences
⁃ Location
All of that will be taken into consideration, and once you have be designated to a leader, that will be the person that will help you reach your next milestone. As a favour to them, learn as much as you can within your manual so that you guys can get right into the more advanced stuff on site.
What are my hours?
Once you pass your trial you can expect to be rostered 35 hours a week. We will consider you a part of the team now, and therefore we will book our centres with you in mind. That means that Monday – Friday you will be expected in for a 7 hours a day shift. If you have concerns with this schedule or you need to talk to someone about it, you can text your manager, or you can email management at: management@firstpurpose.com.au
How do I get promoted?
You can head to the NEW STARTERS tab on the website to see the promotional structure, however, to get a more detailed approach to this ask your leader! They will know what to do, since they have been promoted!
